Safflower Oil - Contains a high level of vitamin E and polyunsaturated fats, safflower is a light, sealing oil. This oil protects, firms and nourishes hair, is highly beneficial for dry hair, and dilates the blood vessels of the scalp, circulating more nutrients to the scalp. Helps retain more hair moisture, provides shine, and prevents hair protein loss that leads to hair loss. Due to its linoleic acid, safflower acid reduces clogged pores which lead to blackheads and acne.
Sage - Potent antiseptic and astringent characteristics makes sage an effective toning conditioner for the hair. Also thickens and strengthens hair shafts. Skin healing; deepens dark colored hair.
Shea Butter - Natural UV protectant, deeply penetrates skin and gives it elasticity, and very effective for dry, damaged and aging skin. Also improves the brilliance and manageability of hair.
Silk Protein - Can form a protective layer that prevent hair damage by alkaline ingredients in hair products, and can make hair softer without adding weight to strands.
Slippery Elm - When added to warm water, has a slippery, mucilaginous consistency, which can help provide 'slip' to hair.
Spirulina - Protein-rich plant that nourishes the body, helping facilitate hair growth.
