Shipping & Order Status
U.S. and International Shipping through USPS
Our current shipping service is via USPS Priority, and generally delivers items within 2-3 business days from the date shipped. USPS delivery confirmation numbers are automatically emailed to the email address provided by the customer. Please note that if you require insurance on your shipment, you must email us ahead of your order shipping so that we can email you a request for the additional quoted funds via Paypal. Also note that, per USPS, international shipments are not trackable once they leave the U.S.
How Rates Are Determined
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the number of purchase items within our standard USPS priority shipping packages. For special request packaging, any extra cost will be paid by the customer.
- Taxes apply within some states.
- All orders are subject to verification.
- If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally as items are shipped. Total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
- All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery (details below).
- Each different shipping address must pay separate shipping.
- Most International orders arrive within 6-10 business days from the date shipped.
- You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
- USPS Priority Mail shipments within the U.S. are delivered in 2-3 business days from date shipped.
USPS Express Mail International
For international orders, standard USPS Priority shipping rates apply. If any location shipping costs are determined to be more, we will email you with an accurate quote, and send a money request for any difference.
Order Processing and Status
We may not begin processing orders until at 24 business hours after receipt of an order, in case a customer has an issue with the order. In all cases of placing an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with an email address so that we may contact you with any issues or questions concerning the order. Please keep in mind that orders may take up to 7 business days to fulfill, and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. (*Please note that during busy holiday seasons, orders can take up to 10 days to fulfill. Shipping carrier holiday delivery time frames also apply.) Allow two weeks for the fulfillment and delivery of your order; if you have not received your item after that time, please feel free to contact us. If you’d like to check the status of an order, please email email@example.com with the name the order is under and the order transaction number. Please note that international orders (outside the continental U.S.) will take longer.
